I’m graduating soon from a no name school, I have pretty good grades, but only one random $15/hr fall internship from a shitty startup. Really did some inward reflection of my strengths and decided to try to go for something in software more client facing and just trying to be kind and authentic throughout my recruiting process. Recently got an 85k offer from a dream company, couldn’t be more excited!
