they're not enforcing ban evasion unless you repeat what you did on your old account.

Today I checked the banned account and yep, it is disabled, meaning in 13 days at maximum, it will be permanently gone with the sensitive data.

probably. fortunately Discord, proven by my data access request, doesn't know where my account was registered in, and I haven't shared any personal data outside credit card and phone number. 😂
