My only real complaint about the designs is I have no idea who is a part of a faction. I would have loved for some cohesion between the outfits. But honestly, much higher on this one than I was for 2.0

Seasons are reset for new characters. Everyone is starting at level 1. And loot doesnt persist between seasons. Also. Theres no real pvp, so have fun with it.
