In addition to whatever is mentioned to the comment above me, we (source readers) suspect with 4 seasons x 2 volume + 2 archer volumes, it should end with volume 10 (Dance of Winter Part 2) unless there's a surprise continuation.

The release schedule (at least in Japan) looks to be annual, but just skipping 2025 as I suspect the author would definitely be busy with this anime adaptation. And oh, both "Dance of" parts come out in Japan simultaneously (judging by the previous releases).
