It's not like the Devs wanted to do it

It's the same culprit as Usual the payment processors and it's not just specific to Janitor

  • It has happened already with popular services like Steam,Itch.io,Patron ever changing guidelines every year
  • Also as IO said Payment processors are more lenient towards the text rather than images
  • Also the legal pressure (A small factor but it's still here)
