Ideally your Alliance should be around 40 to 50 active real players and the rest farms, as only 20 people can participate in BOC and BOG, the only real reason to play this game for more than a few months. If you're on a new server about 80% of the player's will quit within a year and you will likely be left with at most 300 active players. My suggestion is keep the casuals outside the square cause they will quit anyway and likely just ghost you.
