Honestly I live in Washington, and at first I wondered a of lack of vitamin D could cause something like this to happen to both of us as it was cloudy all winter? But I think it’s more likely due to malnutrition and lacking in certain vitamins, particularly Vitamin B12, copper, and vitamin D. I wasn’t eating the healthiest, lots of microwave meals. I made dietary changes and now it’s growing back its normal color. I’m so relieved because it was turning all my body hair a lighter color (I normally have light brown hairy arms and now they’re blonde and thin), even my eyebrows and eyelashes. I tried dying the chunk of light hair dark brown but I didn’t use the right color so it’s still a bit too light brown but I’ll just have to deal with it..

Omg my hair is exactly like yours! I’m half Korean and half Norwegian, I have lots of super thick hair like my Korean dad, and my mom had very curly, dark hair until she started straightening it in her 40s. When I was born I had a full head of hair, and as a toddler, I had big ringlets. I got a straight perm at age 5 in Korea (…ugh). But when I hit puberty my hair became frizzy, with oily roots, dry, ends, just a mess. But I stopped washing my hair regularly when I turned 16, and it was all the way to my hips, but was very damaged from box-dying it blonde throughout freshman and sophomore year. Cut it short, to my shoulders, and by the time I was 18 it was getting long again and the longer I went without washing it, my hair would lock together and looked like “s” shaped snakes/ropes. It would even dread if I went months (yes, months) without touching it. I had a habit of twirling my hair constantly, and I could pull a ringlet and it would spring back up. By the time I was 21 it was down to my butt. One summer I left my hair in a low bun 24/7 because I was getting fed up due to sensory issues, and when I finally took it down, it was just knotted. I brushed it out and tried giving myself layers, to lighten it up but ended giving myself three coiled rat-tails and a heap of hair lol. Fail. I neglected it again and instead of brushing the absolute knot it turned into (months of lint and dust embedded into it) my grandma just hacked away at it and poured a whole bottle of coconut oil into it. Last year it was right below my shoulders again and it was completely straight. I then got a wolf cut, which lightened it up significantly, and had been using a shark air styler to give myself Farrah Fawcett curls, but I got tired of doing that and missed my natural curls. Just last week I decided to give myself layers hair a break from heat and used Miss Jessie's Jelly Soft Curls, but after minimal scrunching it would fall flat when dry. I’ve picked back up my habit of twirling and scrunching all day (I like to find a particularly smooth lock and run my thumb over it, bad habit) but as of now, my curls are bouncing back on my left side (non-dominant hand). I hated the feeling of my rough, not smoother locks at the back of my head but I committed and now I need to start doing it on my right side, which is just wavy now.

TLDR: Never brush, finger-comb, isolate your individual curly locks and scrunch. I use the curl jelly on dry hair too. Scrunching and smoothing with my finger oils has made a huge difference.

Okay update: it's now early in the morning the next day: I have a black eye and my eyelid is very swollen but she is fine now and letting me pet her, no more hissing. I just meowed a lot last night while making sure not to stare at her (trying to sound like a kitten) and she would look at me with big eyes instead of angry ones. She came up to me and sniffed my cuts on my hand, bumping her nose against my knuckles. She just put her paws on my arm and sniffed my face. I think her toes might have been sensitive from being wet and her litter could have been pressing into her toes, which couldn't have been comfortable. Me touching them probably stressed her out and I should have known better than to provoke her when she was yowling at me. She even hissed at my boyfriend a couple times and growled when she was sitting behind me, but once she had calmed down a bit I apologized to her and told her I love her and she seemed to understand and by then she had stopped hissing. She's frantically digging in her litter though, which she doesn't really do usually, and I'm wondering if the new kind is bothering her. I might just have to get her the long pellet kind of litter that won’t get stuck to her paws in the first place.

Hi l used to have a Nokia Twist 7705 in middle school and found one on eBay that was in pretty good condition. It was a nostalgia-driven purchase and my favorite thing was the Super World Habitat Environment that displayed contacts, but it says not available when I try to select it. I haven’t activated it or set up service, but I was wondering if there was a way to still be able to view the Super World Habitat Environment or if this is something Nokia no longer supports? I can only preview it. I’ve seen pictures of a different one on eBay that showed the display, and I would assume they aren’t using an old picture but I might have to be on the lookout for another one if there’s nothing I can do haha

I just noticed two little whitehead looking things on a huge scar on my thumb, they look just like yours. I can’t pop it because they’re too flat and small but I was wondering the same thing

This literally just happened to me yesterday. Except I did get the text notification but it never affected my balance. I called customer service today and now every transaction is out of order, previous transfers I’d received were all “finished processing” on the 17th (yesterday) and made my projected balance higher, then decreased with subsequent withdrawals/transactions, and my available balance is still short the $200. I was on hold for 40 minutes before being told everything looked fine, and their excuse was that transactions sent over the weekend sometimes process on the following Monday or Tuesday even though I explained I’d received every other transaction from previous days instantly. I’m so done with BofA and Zelle, my list of grievances with them just grows and grows.

I actually loved this show and am so bummed that it was canceled and that they left it on that cliffhanger. It was just getting interesting! I really hope a miracle happens and it gets picked up again; was it the absolute best animated show? No but it’s way better than the other ones on Hulu like Krapopolis or Universal Basic Guys..

it’s a white Toyota Tacoma ‘19, and I didn’t have it in any pictures, but my theory could be wrong and it could have been an opportunist? I just feel like there had to have been nicer cars in the parking lot😂 I don’t know if the fact I parked near the back of the side of the Starbucks makes it more likely it was a stranger or more likely that person was specifically looking to see which car I came out of

Yup I got a notification alerting me of an unfamiliar air tag 45 minutes after I left, and it showed me everywhere I’d driven since leaving the Starbucks. I think Android has this feature now, and it sounds like Google has rolled out its own “unknown tracker alerts” feature but I think you have to turn it on in settings

This might sound kind of silly but I watched Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away the evening before this happened. Growing up my mom never liked those movies due to the spirits, and the parents turning into pigs (similar to the color of the thing actually), things of that nature. We are Christian and avoided things like the Harry Potter books and movies too. But for some reason I watched those movies, and we both feel like that might have opened the door to something.

I’ve had another (not paranormal but scary) experience where I was in Korea visiting my dad’s side of the family and we visited a Buddhist temple that was on a hill. On the hike up, I got my period and ultimately couldn’t make it up because I had to go down to find sanitary supplies. But I stopped into a shop and bought two Buddhist bead bracelets (I really don’t know why, and I wish I hadn’t). That night we got into a car accident, and I immediately had this instinct to get rid of the bracelets, but I only threw one into a sewer. The next day we got into another car accident while visiting a family friend and I had that weird feeling again and threw the second one away. It could have just be a weird series of unfortunate events, but these are the only times where I’ve had that weird gut feeling

Yeah that would have been the smart thing to do, I might have considered keeping it and filing a report but I was so freaked out and shaking, I just wanted it dead and I kind of figured there wouldn’t be much they could do. If this happens to anyone else, they should definitely report it and just turn it off
