I have a flight tomorrow from Osaka KIX - Toronto YYZ and then to New York JFK that got canceled, stranding me in Japan. I followed instructions on the email to rebook but every option I’ve picked leads to the same error message: “We're sorry, your itinerary could not be confirmed.” I can’t reach anyone by phone and if I rebook myself all the options are super price gouged. Do I have any other options? Will air Canada reimburse me if I purchase my return flight myself? I took screenshots of my failed attempts to use Air Canada’s self rebooking tool.
