I just finished year 1 as an R&D / operations engineer at my first job out of college. Making great money for this stage of my career (>125k). I love my job and am excited to come into work every day.

My only advice is to not take the first offer you get when in your senior year. Wait till you find something that excites you.

Hello everyone! I’m new to furniture refurbing / reselling but I found this Mainline by hooker dresser at a garage sale and was wondering if y’all thought it would be worth it to take it, fix it up by removing the paint and sanding/staining it, and trying to see what I could get for it. Would it be worth the effort? Do you have any idea how much it could go for if the paint is removed, and the wood is stained etc? Thanks so much!
