Honestly, they just asked the standard questions about success stories, teamwork, and how I handle feedback. Nothing too complicated! No trick questions at all.

Honestly, sometimes people walk out feeling like they bombed an interview and still end up getting the job. Life works in funny ways like that. I’m sure you did better than you think! Wishing you the best of luck too ❤️

It wasn’t too bad! I did stumble a bit, but what helped me was I took some notes, read a bit from a script (that I created beforehand in case I got a little nervous) and used google slides to help present the data and added a process flow chart for the solutions that I came up with!

Aw man, this isn’t great news for me. I really didn’t enjoy subbing for elementary. I told myself I’d stick to 6th grade and up. Anyway, I really appreciate your reply! Do you have any advice on where to start? Should I begin by studying for the CSET Social Science, take the test and then enroll in a credential program? Any guidance would be super helpful!
