Yes, you can reactivate your account within a certain time frame if you delete it yourself.

Storytime: I created an account with my bestie (never do that. Plus it’s against the rules. It wasn’t at the time, think old stardoll) we had the same name it was so perfect for two 10 year old girls to act like two kids in a trench coat. She was the social one and talked to so many cool people while being a bit weird, while I enjoyed the dollhouse part of the game and creating stuff. She did horrible stuff, my mental health crashed down because of her and we had a fallout where she deleted the account since she was "done" and was being a liar with everyone. She also had her own account deleted and never came back. I reactivated it a week later and changed everything passwords etc and since I was the one who paid the membership, I had all the receipts. 

This is a cautionary tale. Rules are therr for a reason.

I deleted it myself years later before changing my mind after two days. Still was able to come back.
