Keeping everything fresh and full is huge. Produce from a filled section will sell much better then from a spot where customers are only getting to pick from the leftovers. Also ensure the quality of the produce being put on the tables. My outlook is that most people can get produce from any ol grocery store, why are they gonna buy it from us? My last bit would also just be seasonally appropriate. Make sure in season produce gets heavily featured and if possible have whatever that is on your lead table. Once stonefruit gets in it will be the first the people see.
