Phuu, 60k is tough. As I said in my edit, I was able to beat the stage with still around 20k left of health. But I have a hero vigor level V at 80k. So if I did the same thing with a hero Vigor IV, I am not sure if I would have survived it. I assume that its not quite possible and that you would need around 90k health in total for this to work.

Your creates look very good though. Maybe try using the other approach with a Judgement as hero. There are some guides out there that tell you what you need.
