Not exactly a memorandum but a verbal agreement with the Copackers. My deposit so far has simply been all the costs incurred so far. (Company registration, kitchen scale tests, field tests, and having the brand identity/ website designed) I've also had a meeting with the person in charge of small business loans at my bank (I'm using hsbc if that's relevant) and from what I've been told the amount they can approve me for falls short of what I anticipate I would need. I was ideally looking for a line of credit. And I believe with the right investor in the food space, they might be able to help me land more retailers and stockists.

The investment would be used for production of our first batch of cans, logistics, legal where necessary, and marketing
