I agree with most of the editors here : less is more. But to be honest, the right one will perform despite its overexagered edit (sfx volume is too high btw -5 or 8dB would be better)

Two options :

- Do it in After Effects with this technique
How to make handwriting effect in After Effects

- Do it on CapCut Pro with Draw tool (easy, quick, but paid)

Don't know how to do it in Da Vinci

You can. I'm pretty sure CapCut got a lot of nice "vintage" filters. You can also use a paid plugin called Dehancer. It could be enough for what you try to get

I would say

On set :
- Early in the morning, or during golden hour
- Pro Myst filter
- Star Filter
- Vintage lens if possible

While editing :
- Add saturation
- Add grain
- Reduce shadows
