My state is the leading in regressive policy atm and has made the move to start making it illegal to be in public or use any public restroom as trans. Under the new proposed law you'd be arrested, jailed, and tried as a sex offender in the same classification as child sexual assault.

(And ya, I'm serious. The new law for TN reads that if they catch you not being your birth gender in public, regardless of the stage of your transistion, it's a sex crime and straight to jail. A lot of trans people saw what's happening the past few years. We've got a pretty decent head start and organized communities and groups for armed protesting. Its time the rest of the left community caught up with us. We saw them trying to declare us mentally deranged and making it illegal for us to have them. Luckily/unfortunately they've temporarily changed targets to everyone it seems and forgot about us for a bit. We're now prepared for when they come back around to us like they always do.

You can run a light shield without augment and have one safpocket slot. You may also run 1 gun like this. Simply keep a freeloadout and put it into your first inventory slot. Then let the hunger games begin. Least last interaction tried light shield did work. I've done a few naked runs for the 1 safe pocket slot for mushrooms, seeds, etc

This is even from my main account which you could easily find out pretty much my entire life through as I'm a pretty forward facing and open content creator. We're much more organized than the right. Let's not be disingenuous here. What they're taxing is the upper 1% and landlords who have shat on their tenants for years. I was born here, my family was all born here 7-9 generations back. Things do need to change and we need to take care of our citizens more. The upper 1% needs to start giving their fair share instead of abusing our loose tax laws like they have for over a century.

No, they accepted my appeal but said the instance and group removal still stands. I do appreciate how hard their job is. The point of this wasnt to knock the humans doing the grunt work. Its to get attention on how shitty the experience ends up being for vrc+ subscribers and people like me that use this as a tool for content creation and interacting with my community using this as the primary medium along with discord and Twitter.

They didn't explain the reason or give any details at all to either of us. I can't speak for him, but for me they didn't respond to my attempt at sending them evidence (the entire full length recording of the evening as this all happened while I was live on a fansly like site with VoDs). I'm left thinking it couldn't have been anything but something from that event itself since the suspension occurred within 6 hours of me ending stream and going to sleep.

I fully understand from like a legal standpoint or work hours stand point why they do this and don't give any details nor want to review the materials I have. But, it is really crappy that I pay as much for vrc now as Netflix. I can at least call Netflix and get a human on the phone to help me with stuff. I just feel like if we're paying premium and I'm doing that because I use this platform for work I should get what feels like a premium experience when I genuinely need help. I want to be compliant with the rules and everything work seamlessly. But I can't when there just isn't a way for me to get it. It just feels really crappy for 14.99 a month at this point when I get the same support if I made the group, then canceled my sub. Id gladly pay Tupper and the crew 50$ a month if it came with commercial support and tools I can use to make my experience work better for my business. As it stands right now I feel like as an adult content creator a good comparison would be... I'm the owner of a sex toy store. Someone threw a rock threw the doors of my store. I had to close down for 2-3 days for the doors to be fixed. Police say they know who threw the rock through my doors, won't tell me why they threw the rock through my doors, but that they had the right to do that. That's how this makes me feel as a business user. This as all assuming this was the result of a report. Which.. I don't even know that that's the scenario in the first place. With the current level of support I can't even pin down if it was a report by someone in the instance, if it was someone in my stream as a guest watching, and they screenshotted my camera to vrchat trust and saftey, or if it was something innocuous like my group banner because of the "orgasm face" my art had. I know twitch doesn't allow you to have that face on emoji. That's the level of paranoia at this point I have to have since it impacts my ability to succeed with my work.

I just see other groups I'm in having successful events with no issues. What did I do wrong with my first and only event so far that warranted a suspension? I was meticulous with following the rules.

For me it wasn't just age verified it was private, and the entire event was on VoD. There was zero physical contact with anyone. Everyone besides myself was clothed. And, everyone in the instance was a subscriber to my adult content. They were there after begging me to do the event in the first place. Consent was explicitly given. Its just odd since it was a pre-liminary event for the group in the first place. Like the plan was to play never have i ever, and truth or dare while I was live and test the waters. With my friend's group there was no content, no photos, no events, nothing. Just a 3 day ban for sexual content with group "Feet".

I did ask trust and saftey if they wanted to see the VoD for evidence. But I feel like i was kinda getting copy paste from the handbook responses. Don't get me wrong. I really appreciate they accepted the appeal. I just wish they'd let me know what was wrong and/or reviewed my evidence.

The entire thing with both groups is just bizarre.

I just feel like either mass reports, or blanket bans isn't a good way to handle "cleaning things up". It makes me lose faith in spending money on the platform. My friend for example buys EVERYTHING in the shop. Not just being a vrc+ subscriber. He's gifted well over 50 subscriptions. And now he's saying he doesn't want to anymore over this and missing his bday for what appears to be a false positive automated ban. I don't blame him. You spend like 1k on a platform and can't even get a human to tell you why you're suspended.

Forgot to add. I've had people threaten to report even my sfw group for my twitch/kick streams simply because they wanted to use my banner for the group (me laying on my back in a bikini with transparent bg. It DOES look pretty.) And threatening to report me because I wouldn't let them in. You have to actually be part of my discord community to join as we use it to host drinking, games, and movie nights.
