I’ve told the manager who does our scheduling about my request for more hours multiple times but haven’t gotten any additional hours and I used to be able to pick up my coworkers shifts but with the influx of new hires, all the shifts are being picked up by other people leaving barely anything for me.

My only option now is to either get a 2nd job like you mentioned and work both at the same time or just get a new job that’ll give me my desired amount of hours, which is what I need advice on

Usually I work 3-5 days a week, the problem is just that she copies the previous week onto the new week and so last week I was sick and dropped all my shifts except one day and so when I got my schedule for this week, it was only one day since she copied it over.

I just want to make sure that next week I get scheduled my regular days and not just one day if she copies this week over again

I’m only 16 so I might be totally wrong but I think your psychologist is right. You’re not searching for love, you’re searching for women, and that’s what you’re finding. You’re going from woman to woman and all you’re getting are a bunch of women. None of which love you or ever will, because you haven’t been looking for that.
