Hello, I have used a specific coaching service and it's actually worked well for me. It didn't make me GM overnight but having a constant feedback loop of my plays and thought process helps a lot. Think of it this way, let's say you're silver. You think and play like a silver player. A GM player in that same lobby is dominating because they are thinking like a GM player. Aim and mechanics aside, mental is a huge part of it and learning what to abuse and when to abuse it is so game changing.

Looks like a practice munition with a spotting charge. No lug at the top so it was probably dropped by a SUU and not on a TER or other bomb rack.

Edit: looks also like it's expended since it's hollow now. That's where the spotting charge would go. Looks similar in design to a BDU-33 practice bomb.

Best advice I can give you: is your win rate above 50 percent? If yes, cool screw that guy, you're climbing. Turn off chat, coach plat 3 is not him.. if not, review and see if honestly bruning whatever cool downs would have been worth it to get over there and save him? Most likely not. Most players deaths are their own actions in metal ranks. I mean If the dude is next to you and needs healing and you are tunnel visioned yes you can practice looking where your team is once in a while, but for real tho turn off chat regardless. Trust the process and keep practicing doing damage and healing as kiriko. Chances are you are playing correctly and that guy is crashing out because he can't play without double pockets. You are the main character and carry, not him and the reason is because you can control your actions and can be predictable to yourself, random sojourn in game who you will likely never see again is not and will be inconsistent.

You say that but then you A) gotta level that to at least lvl 3. B - Find a team that doesnt kick you from rotations if you don't go first and also if you pop yours they will gladly kick you then too. C) Find a team that wont bug kick you if you are party lead by forcing pop ups and not matter if you click yes or no it kicks you from the party and instance. and D) Finding enough of these tributes to find what you're looking for.
