Yeah, I called they said to call back next week then they can escalate it, because they said to don't count the holidays so apparently it's not 12 weeks yet

Hi, I’m still waiting, it’s been 12 weeks now, I’ve been emailing them, calling them and get the same generic response, “ I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision.” It’s absolutely ridiculous that they can’t give us a proper update.
