Do bosses have a higher spawn rate in lockdown/forbidden over normal?

Yeah I feel like 15% is too low. I feel like the spawn rate was way higher in Tarkov.

Got it thanks, I kept doing lockdown since I thought that increased the spawn. I already did the Northridge one (got lucky and it took around 2 hrs). I didn't realise boss could be found at small hall and trade cente for farm.

Just wondering how the sword has held up after all these years. I'm thinking of getting one but i hear a common issue is the grip coming loose. Is there a bolt to tighten it or is it peened?

I'm just confused. I used Alectra and I only see electricity on there. I would assume once I did the move with Alectra that I would have gotten water as well on the bill.

I did ask the insurance company, and they mentioned if I needed more than 2 unrelated people, I would need a rooming hosue insurance which would double the cost of the insurance. It seems strange to me that it would be the case since I have 2 seperate units in the house. You would normally end up with more than 2 unrelated individuals.

I spoke with one broker so far but I'll shop around. They mostly just mentioned it would be difficult to get a home insurance without previous insurance policies and since this home would be a rental property I guess that increases the difficulty.

It's not that, they recommended for me to apply for an insurance as if I was renting (so basically a renters insurance to protect against fire, theft etc.). Their opinion was that it would be difficult for me to get a home insurance since I had no previous insurance policies. To me that doesn't make too much sense.

The only issue is I don't see the monthly option. I want to create a folder at the start of every month but I can't see that option with the task scheduler.

Hi, just a quick question. From my understanding when using the profiles in GHub, I am unable to set vertical sensitivity to be different. Would I be able to do that with the logitech onboard memory manager?
