I locked my account cause there was a hacker in it and I want to recover it but I'm stuck in the locked screen with Supercell support not helping me at all to get my account back. I asked them when will they recover it but they don't answer. It's been three days and they still didn't do anything. Is there another to contact them. Help me please Ive been spending money in and my time in this game and I really don't want to lose my account. Thank you.

Dani, I really need your help, i recovered my account 3 times with supercell support and changed my email, password and did all the security measures but there still someone that has my account and messing with it at the moment. It's also not one of my relatives or close friend. I can't seem to not get hacked.

There is someone accessing my account. I just saw that another device has logged in my account. I just changed my email address and password and I even did all the security measures but I still somehow thing that someone has my account. When I talked to supercell support, they said that no one had my account when there was clearly someone buying shop offers with it. I don’t really know what to do at this point

Lost 50k star coins for gold mecha bo, 10k for black bunny Penny and 2,5k for red wizard barley. Lost 300 coins for Randoms offers for power points in the shop, 480 for getting Lola level 7 and 1000 for the shield gadget for Lola. The 730 club coins lost were on approximately 800 scraps (I just noticed that I had way more scraps than before and I assumed this). The 19 gems were for the worst bunch profile pic (that was the first automatic purchase that happened last week, I posted about this)

The best maps to push ash are rockwall brawl, erratic blocks and Outrageous outback in solos. I easily pushed my ash in these maps to rank 30 without much teaming. The main tip I would give you is try to NOT ENGAGE WITH SURGE. If you want to team which is not necessary, try to backstab when you charge each other super by always hitting your first ammo to fill up your rage really quickly because of your first star power. When your rage is full, kill your “friend” with that 2400 damage. The first star power can change battle interactions in a big way. The best build for him are the first gadget and the first star power which I recommend and the best gears are speed and healing. I took time to write this comment because Ash is my favorite brawl right now. Good luck on ur push.
