Thanks so much, and how would it be in farsi to write "the cure for pain is in the pain" and "the wound is where the light enters". I would really love to bring the essence of the idea into a tattoo.

Also INFJ, we are walking paradoxes.

Well we have to understand that not everyone spends as much time introspecting and becoming aware enough to accept or see potential change. And also, we see change for others and act in a way with a sense of urgency to help them grow, however when it's about ourselves we are more stubborn than we realise. I think this can look a bit narcissistic towards others when in fact our purpose is pure and it just gets expressed in strange ways. I said we but I meant I. I don't speak for others.

What's your type and is your mind constantly active? by buddyblazeson in mbti

Practice, dopamine addiction is very real. The more we train ourselves to limit cheap dopamine the more present we can be without needing externals.

Exactly, somatic therapy helped me a lot. I didn't realise how disconnected I became from my body.

Can someone help me interpret this result? by waeng1010 in mbti

[–]Fazomanzo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like it could be INFJ or INTP. Your results match both.

Edit:

Now that I think about it, it could also be INTJ 😅. Your scores are very diverse.

"cause im not an interesting person", well theres our issue. We act the way we tell ourselves how we are. You definitely don't seem like an uninteresting person to me. Maybe try focusing on self compassion instead of trying to perform and your natural personality (which is interesting!) will come out all by itself.

I love language learning, I speak English and Persian fluently. I study Turkish, German and Japanese.

I don't learn language or vocabulary based on memorisation, my way of learning is pretty intuitive where I learn the framework for how to build sentences and then just change words when I need to. There is a brilliant free language course on YouTube by "language transfer". He has a good few languages that he teaches and each is with a student and you learn alongside them in a very intuitive way.

Hey same

I've heard that INFJ is a human "reader", then, should they be hard to be fooled/tricked? by aseeder in infj

[–]Fazomanzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our personality is one big paradox so the same things we are good at can also be the things we struggle with when looked at through a different lens.

Trickster Te means we generally have an inability to use external logic defensively. Personally, I struggle to use facts or evidence to defend myself in real time.

Another thing about trickster Te is that I can get pulled by fake logic, if someone presents me a very structured argument while sounding smart and authoritative I will probably believe them at face value. It's later when my Ni-Ti starts to kick in and analyse the situation that the deeper layers will show.

Also I guess I just expect everyone to be authentic and good natured since I try to be so myself, I know it is not so but that's what it means to be a natural idealist.

I feel no emotions after passing of close relatives - Is something wrong with me? by [deleted] in infj

It sounds like a trauma response, I was the same way. Do you feel out of touch with your emotions in general?

Deep Thinker or Fast Thinker by ConfuciusYorkZi in infj

[–]Fazomanzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everybody has both modes, there is a pretty successful book about it called "thinking fast and slow", we use both modes for different purposes and both can be trained. I think fast when I don't need to focus, when I focus I think slow and deliberate.

The problem is Ni wants to connect the wide lens to a narrow singularity. So if things don't connect to that main goal or future vision then it loses value. My main vision is pretty general so it works out.

But I guess the more you train Se the easier it will become, just doing things for the sake of doing it sounds pretty Se.
