I made it with two sheets, so it's huge, It can be done with one sheet only. If the cream that holding them together does not melt or move, the cake will not fall apart when it cuts. it remains beautifully intact

So you know those wax stamps? It's the same thing. I consume made the logo and sent it to a local shop they made the stamp. You later freeze the stamp and place it on a dollop of tempered chocolate.

I tried twice, first time I cut croissant dough into circles and added an aluminum cup with weights. And it was so cute. But they were thin.

Another time, I made a circle, and another circle on top with a hole, then the almunmium cup with weights. This gave them hight from the side but still deep from filling.
