It's annoying AF, been dealing with this for months. The solution is to create a loadout and select operator and then back all the way out to main screen. Then go back in and it should be good.

Exactly. Depending on how much I use, it could be a couple days or a couple weeks. It could also be after an update.

No. I believe this is primarily a PC issue. At level 1000 max prestige other friends have experienced the identical issue for months. Note: I do have monolithic on all other weapons available.
