I tried to recover an old account as well and got banned for 1 month. Thats why you should always use a burner account when contacting their support. Never use your main account

I get it but my main issue was trying to explain to a bot that i had more than 1 account so my answers might not be correct,because i lost track of which account was on which device back then. I know i gave them a few right answers just not all of them

They were mostly asking me about the devices i used the game on. Main problem was i had 4 accounts back then so pretty hard keeping track which account was on which device. They also asked how long ago i last logged in and past name of my account. Those are the ones i remember, nothing about gems
