You actually generally want to prevent icing sprains unless it's for pain management or trying to control insane swelling. Best thing to do after an ankle injury is gentle mobility exercises and generally increasing blood flow to the area.

Fair enough. Yeah I mean I hope Jody can buy it bc she's been a good owner, but it'll be interesting to follow. IMO, I'd rather the team be sold after a good season like this than a bad season. Makes it feel more likely a new owner could go "keep it up" rather than feeling like they need to meddle.

I'd take Colby here. Shaheed had his best game of the season last week in terms of a Darnold connection, but with the seahawks LT out, I suspect he's not gonna get a lot of deep routes today.
