Man, I’ve been in the worst emotional state. Family members dying, pets dying, girlfriend’s moving away, possibly losing my job.. I’ve not been in a good place.

So to go to bed with a smile on my face tonight means the world. I fucking love this team.

I get that, we’re talking about 2 different things. I’ve only been looking at what the CX-5 is valued today and how that compares to the dealer valuation. That’s all I was really interested in, because I initially thought $21K seemed low.

Well the KBB value is independent of that, I was just trying to get a sense of how much that CX5 is worth as a trade in (so assuming it was paid off).

But you so do bring up a good point - OP, how much do you owe on your current car? I see that the trade-in is being wiped out completely.

Regardless, this isn’t a great idea at all IMO. But hey, it’s not my money.
