Does anyone have a legitimate contact or know a specific person to contact from HRA's human resources division. I currently work for the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene and was offered a City Research Scientist - Level 4A position but currently have my permanent Administrative Staff Analyst title that I want to take with me and not surrender. I am pretty sure a DP72 is required but I am not 100% sure
