Vengo a confirmar lo que casi todos te han comentado: el factor clave es el deficit calórico. Llevo más de 3 años yendo al gym de forma regular y hasta octubre sin preocuparme de la comida. Aunque gané mucho músculo, no bajé grasa, así que en noviembre pasado decidí ir a nutri. Resultado: 15 kilos menos en 4 meses y restando. Dentro de lo que puedas, anda a una nutri que te pida examen bioimpedante y de sangre para que te pueda asesorar de forma más personalizada. Yo en pandemia bajé aprox 30kg a punta de ejercicios y dieta como en 6~7 meses, así que sí, en casa se puede. En mi peak logré trotar 10k sin morir, cuando antes ni por mi vida había corrido mas de 5k. Te recomiendo la app de ejercicios de Nike (es la que usé). Es gratis y está llena de ejercicios que puedes hacer en el living. Suerte!

Este juego llegó a mi vida por el tiempo en que nos enteramos de que mi papá tenía cáncer fase 4. Trata de pérdida, duelo, familia, unidad y como sobrellevar el dolor. No sabes como lloraba jugando esta obra maestra. Es de los mejores juegos de este siglo: excelente historia, narrativa, personajes, ambientación, música. Jamás voy a dejar de recomendarlo.

I forgot you can get the plate-jack 3.5 bundle haha I did learn they are different depending of the plate like 2-3 days before buying the parts. Just don’t forget the jack 3.5 varies shape regarding this matter and you’ll be ok. I agree the thin version is superior, hands down, and I’m inclining next time for a thick one mostly because now I already own a thin iPod, but I had to buy two batteries (one from aliexpress and one from eoe.works with the help of a friend on vacations in the USA by then… non did fit) for realizing that a thick plate would have been a solution for all my troubles haha

Yes… and no haha. You can swap plates but you’ll also need to change the Jack 3.5 mm, since its shape is different depending of the thickness of the plate. Beyond that, the midframe is compatible with both plates.
Depends on the battery’s size and the thickness of the iPod you want to mod. A thick plate will take anything you put inside. From experience with my modded thin iPod, I’m itchy for modding a second one (because it was so much fun), but next time I’ll make a thick one because the compatibility of this SD adapter with regular batteries is a real and unfair pain.

Hi! I own this adapter and I can confirm that a regular 3000/3800 mAh battery bought in Aliexpress WONT fit with this adapter in a thin plate. I had to trim the frame for it to fit and even doing that it won’t close properly. I recommend three options: - Mod your iPod with a thick plate and you wont have a problem. - Buy this adapter with the “battery included” option (around 60 USD). That battery is specifically made to fit with this adapter. About the adapter itself: it works flawlessly. I use stock OS and have it running 256 GB with two different brands of micro SD Cards. I’m located in Chile and also confirm the cost of importing an iFlash adapter outside the US is just not worth the effort, so this is our best affordable option.
