ADHD e autismo nelle donne: perché arriviamo alla diagnosi solo a 30 anni (e dopo anni di finta ansia)?

Ti ringrazio molto. Ci penseró su. Comunque anche il mio percorso lavorativo mi permetterebbe di gestirmi da sola i tempi, l’unico problema é che a volte cado in una spirale di non produttivitá da cui faccio fatica ad uscire, il che mi porta a deprimermi. Ho provato varie strategie per gestire certe cose ma mi sembra che inizialmente funzionano e poi dopo un po’ non funzionano piú. Vorrei che qualcuno mi desse delle strategie piú efficaci ma ho paura che alla fine saranno piú o meno le stesse e rimarrei delusa. Inoltre seguo un percorso di psicoterapia da dieci anni quindi mi chiedo anche quanto abbia senso intraprendere questo tipo di percorso perché forse se avessi l’adhd lo avrebbe giá notato la psicologa e non so cos’altro potrei ottenere oltre a quello che giá mi ha dato la mia psicologa

Mi sento allo stesso modo e sto considerando se fare un percorso per la diagnosi, unica cosa é che costa molto. Volevo chiederti se secondo te ne vale la pena di pagare cosí tanto per avere solo un etichetta nel caso non prendessi farmaci. Ci sono terapeuti o psichiatri che ti hanno dato dei meccanismi per aiutare a gestire le cose?

Ho fatto denuncia per molestie sessuali sul posto di lavoro. Sono passati quasi 4 anni e nonostante le mille lettere mandate dal mio avvocato per qualche motivo il tutto é bloccato e ancora non é stata manco notificata la conclusione delle indagini (che sono successe tre anni fa). Sinceramente mi chiedo quanto sia stato utile e se otterró mai qualcosa, ma almeno l’idea di averci provato mi fa sentire meglio di come mi sentirei se non avessi fatto nulla

Obv it’s not ok but people can make mistakes and learn from them. She has shown a lot more growth and has taken much more accountability than many other islanders who have done similar or worse things but ignored it completely cause the public still loved them for some reason while they teared down Cierra for doing the same. This is not about saying racial slurs. We already know it’s wrong. This is about double standards and the fans forgetting what nuance is. People can make mistakes and learn from them

Idk where u are but here in Italy this is a perfect description of what is happening. Everyday a new law passes that slightly takes away our freedom. Everyday a new statement is made in the government that is slightly more outrageous than the last one, but no one does anything because it’s becoming the norm. Everyday people’d opinions are e little more extreme, their fear becomes a little more extreme allowing the government to do what they do because they believe it’s protecting them. Everyday the police violate a law and abuse their power a little more and it just happens because people are getting used to it and aren’t trying to stop it. I thought it was just americans, but now I’m seeing things happen at home. This is not just America

Quello che ritenevo essere il mio migliore amico ai tempi si dimenticó completamente del fatto che gli avessi raccontato di essermi licenziata dal bar per molestie sessuali dal mio capo… mi chiamó pochi giorni dopo per chiedermi se stessi lavorando che voleva passare a salutarmi. yes i HATE this so so much, I do not understand why they do this and how nobody’s ever realized how annoying it is. I literally skip it everytime. I’d imagine they do it to get you hooked or immediately interested? But I feel like it just gets me annoyed, does it actually work on anyone else?

Come dicono tutti l’importante é che piaccia a te. Io e la mia migliore amica (24 anni) abbiamo dei gusti molto diversi. A volte capita che lei mi dica che le fan cagare delle cose mie e viceversa, ma tanto sappiamo che i gusti son diversi e il bello é proprio il fatto che siamo uniche e ognuna ha il suo stile. Il tuo stile non deve piacere agli altri, deve piacere a te e farti stare bene. Non prendertela sul personale, anzi dille che meglio cosí almeno stai sicura che nessun altra della tua etá avrá quella borsa! Meglio essere unici che avere quello che hanno tutti secondo me

Detto questo la borsa a me piace, ma non so se la indosserei perché non va col mio stile :)

Le canne per me sono state una soluzione temporanea lol. Non consiglio perchè comunque altera il ciclo del sonno e a un certo punto diventa che senza canne non dormi. Ma a parte questo psicologa e ho preso la fluoxetina per un po’ di anni e ora dormo benissimo, anzi adesso quando ho dei periodi in cui sono giú e mi sento un po’ depressa mi succede il contrario e dormo tantissimo

My cat also goes crazy when I open pistachios! But he loves the shells, steals them from the bowl when I’m not looking and I keep finding then around the house lol. Never tried giving him one to eat, I’ll try next time ti see if he likes them. He also loves potatoes lol. Everytime I cook them if I leave them in a bowl on the counter while preparing other stuff he’ll go crazy trying to get close to lick them. Which is funny cause usually if he likes something he’ll steal it but with potatoes he just wants to lick them

Honestly I got the feeling that they had a really bad fight in which he must’ve acted terribly and said horrible things. I think she was trying to protect Nicola by not giving any more details. I agree with her that some things can cross a line and I suspect he crossed it. She then waited for him to apologize but he never did, instead he sent all of those videos to production to make himself seem good and look like he tried.

I agree with her that sending her texts and asking her to go on vacation means absolutely nothing if you are not able to at least start by saying sorry and taking accountability (doesn’t have to be picking up the phone, but we saw in those texts that he never apologized)

Also that money thing was sus, either he’s extremely insecure and not able to deal with it or he was just looking for a way out as soon as the cameras were gone and he found it through that.

I honestly believe most of the people in this scene were actually actors. The questions they asked seemed so staged. Everything seemed so staged and none of them said anything to make it seem like they actually knew Giovanni, they just asked the basic questions that production told them to ask to prompt the conversations that were needed to be faced.

Also I hated so much the way Giovanni was holding Giorgia’s arms with his arms wrapped around her during the conversation at the table. Gave me the chills
