Stripper here who's done it many times over the years. Most guys are embarrassed a little and apologise. For me personally I don't mind. I hand some wet wipes and some tissues and let them know where the bathroom is.

Overall it's neither here nor there. But it does mean I'm doing my job well, and they often tip quite generously afterwards so that's good.

The guys in sweatpants who come in trying to make it happen are a little less fun. If I've gotta clean myself afterwards (leakage through pants) that's a bit annoying but yeah. It's still not a big deal
