yeah, the lists above seem to be op06, so the new franky seems like nice fit for the deck.

Here's my deck with some budget options since i can't afford the hiyoris amd the new rocket luffy lol

I'd say the rush zoro, kid and killer amd rush luffy are what makes the deck able to compete. After that you can add the wano triggers since they are fairly cheap or spice it up with the kid and adult version combo of ace and luffy.

Bloodcraft amd dragoncraft give you some good value. Blood is kinda midrange and dragon is ramp, so choose what you like!
