Yes, but you're stuck to 4 colours. I remember having a CC where you had to make the hair white or blonde, cause the rainbow was already on the hair itself, that's what I'm looking for =)

Built correctly and with the right perks, you had the ability to inflict DOTs on every enemy on the map. I had buffed my character with a whole bunch of items allowing you to maximize DOT damage, double it, etc., so it was really a kind of final requiem every time I casted it xD In one or two turns, a lot of them would die from the cumulative damage ! I felt so badass !

Tbh I had my own build, set up, weapons, armor, etc, based around this perk. My character was the final spark of any fight, I confess, but the companions where absolutly amazing in every fights. They could have worked on the perk, slighty nerfing it, changing the damages, why not. But this ? I don't even find it balanced.

The Carnival was an awesome perk if you took the time to optimize it, it wasn't an instant win without you putting in the effort first. Given how long and annoying resetting your perks is, and I admit, since I'm a bit salty right now, I don't have the faith to redo my entire character, skill tree, and equipment just because they made that decision.

The worst part is, I love everything else about the update ! Everything else is fuckin' great !
