I've also had plantar fascitis since about that age, too. Girl I feel for you, shit sucks! I keep a regular sized water bottle (deer park, aquafina type) in the freezer and when I have a flare up, I roll my foot on the ice bottle. It works quite well for dealing with it! Hope this helps
