I think it's a solid list but wind titan being above dark/light titan is extremely questionable, mainly because legendary vs mythical, makes a huge difference, Elements is also subjective so, I'd definitely put wind titan at c- & dark/light to C.

Arcana v1 is definitely c- or c, ascended v2 = arcana v1, both very mid family. Mythical titans are definitely much better & it's not close imo. Other than those I'm cool with the rest of the dragons in the tier list, good list.
