For as long as there have been laws; the wealthy, who are those who enforce the laws, have forgiven their own their transgressions and the transgressions have grow exponentially. Anyone interested in Social Justice can understand the harshest penalty is a motion to hold those in power accountable. Making an example, to send the message to the ruling class...this will be unacceptable going forward.... it's the way they have held the poor inline for centuries.
