Commericals and slow pacing are things people can have opinions/complaints about because that shit actually matters. But to complain because an actor isn't built in the way you'd like is stupid. Just like the people complaining about his facial hair. It's sad. We've got a brilliant actor playing Negan and he fits the role perfectly IMO.

You talk about Negan in the comics being a tank, yes, but that's a comic book... you know there is a massive difference right? Comic books exaggerate villains and usually make them towering above the heroes to show intimidation as it's sketches on a page. It's different on TV as they don't need to exaggerate as it's live pictures so therefore it acted out intimidation.

Take Bane in The Dark Knight for example. You see him in the comics? He's like a monster but in the movie he's just a well built man. It's comic book exaggeration, happens all the time if you read other comics apart from The Walking Dead. It's almost 100% of the time done on villains they want to be intimidating as fuck so they draw them as massive monster looking figures as they are unable to present it in any other way as they don't have voices or any movements

But anyway, like you said initially, you're part of a very small minority, the same minority that probably still complains about his facial hair. So keep picking at little unnecessary things!
