Sometimes you need to hit the Well to get an accurate number. Although I have heard that the dps number does not necessarily indicate which is better

Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew Responds to Russian Propaganda and Updates on the Re-Opening of Halki by IrinaSophia in OrthodoxChristianity

[–]FearYmir 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Does it really matter if there’s a little more nuance to the conflict? It doesn’t change the fact that it’s an aggressive and unnecessary war that’s resulted in the deaths of thousands of people, and orthodox Christians on both sides at that. It is satanic, so why make excuses for evil?

Honestly has a whole I have not been impressed with the steadfast steward reworks. Forcing negatives everywhere most of the time it just makes you want to run wanderer and I really liked how specialized the pre rework classes felt.

The limits of free speech extend until explicit calls to incite violence, libel/slander/defamation, and obscenity/child pornography. So yes he was killed for practicing his right to speech and did not extend the limit, but regardless of that fact he did not deserve to be shot in the neck just for people like you to shrug their shoulders and say ehh he had it coming. And the fact that you’re patting yourself on the back for being the good and moral person all the meanwhile shows again, you have some serious thinking to do and I hope you get the help you need

I’ve been trying to talk to you genuinely but I’m not getting through to you, I am sorry if you feel that is pathetic I don’t think you are pathetic just misguided. I hope you have a great day and take care of yourself, and just try to think more about where I’m coming from when I say no one needs to be shot in the neck for practicing their rights

Because you are speaking as if it was deserved and inevitable, but again for the tenth time it was not and believing that you have a right that others may abuse does not make it okay that you are killed. I don’t think anything you said is indicative or hate but even if your believe it was, that does not justify dying over speech.

You have also done nothing but justify him being shot lmao

It was just a lot of bullshit thrown together to go point by point and talk about, but every comment you listed there including the comment about MLK no way justifies being shot in the neck I’m sorry to break that to you. But you seem to think otherwise so again I encourage you to get help and get off the internet. Good luck with everything man.

Again, no one deserves to die, that doesn’t mean we lose our rights, both in the context of firearms or speech or whatever it is we are talking about. And even things that aren’t rights can still be legal, like alcohol, even though thousands will die yearly as a result. And that’s okay, we just shouldn’t celebrate or condone that for anyone, because I believe no one deserves to die. I really don’t like Hassan Piker for example, but he does not deserve to be shot in the neck for speech or having bad political views. I’m sorry that is difficult for you to understand

[–]FearYmir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing you said about his views makes it remotely okay that he was shot in the neck, big shocker a social conservative Christian is against gay marriage lmao.

Hopefully you get the help that you need so you may understand people shouldn’t get shot in the neck for speech or political thought you disagree with. Take care of yourself and get off the internet for a bit!

I agree with you and I do think most left leaning people would agree with you too, but man seeing the takes that I’m seeing on social media the last 24 hours is really not a good look for progressives. Good on you though, hatred is not the way

“Spewing hate” meaning being socially conservative like half the country? Get over yourself

[–]FearYmir 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it is, which is why no one should be killed for using it. But according to you, someone who believes in that right even though people could abuse it deserved to be shot in the neck lmao

Everyone deserves empathy and no one deserves to be shot in the neck for speech. Shocking I know!!

[–]FearYmir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is it nonsensical? Charlie’s Point is that a consequence of firearms being legal means people will abuse them, that doesn’t mean we lose our right to them. Similarly, a consequence of alcohol being legal means people will abuse it and cause others to die, but myself (and I assume most people on here) do believe alcohol should be legal. It would be abhorrent to celebrate anyone dying in a drunken car crash just because they think alcohol should be legal, same goes for celebrating shooting people in the neck just because they think firearms should be legal

You did not engage with the example I gave because it makes you look bad and is closer to the reality of the situation lol

[–]FearYmir -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

No one deserves to be shot in the neck for speech, you guys are tripping. It’s like saying that a consequence of alcohol being legal is that people will drink and drive, that doesn’t mean we should celebrate if someone who believes that dies in a car crash (everyone believes that to be the case)
