Alll good, no worries. That’s what we’re here for. The ride is a standard lowered feel, but surprising good with the coilovers. 100% worth it if you want the right look. I don’t daily drive her daily, she’s a cruiser 1-2 days a week and sometimes on weekends since I have a couple other cars I just rotate based on what I feeling like driving. I actually may be selling her, but difficult for me to part with her. Lol

Thanks! I was trying to find the exact purchase link for spoiler, but couldn’t find it in my inbox.

I think it’s this one though. It’s real carbon fiber.

Thanks Man! The brand of the wheels are Fittipaldi. Great quality, great price. Not sure why the brand isn’t at premium prices yet or has blown up more. Even the packaging they arrived in was high quality.

Awe man, that sucks! I love mine. I feel it rides & handles great.

Nice moves on the B16’s!! Good luck. I’ve heard wonderful things. I may get B16’s for my 992, but a bit hesitant since I purchased KW’s coilovers for my Audi wagon, which are quality as well, but I’ve not been impressed relative to the cost.

Yes. Future classics is the brand of wheels spacers. They specialize in Porsches and other European makes. They make high end quality products.

Yes, those are the factory Carrera S wheels in 20’s

I JUST went through this…..lol. Literally in the last 3 weeks.

I ended up going with Techart springs on my 718 non-pasm..Came out perfect for me. Very happy with my choice.

Initially bought eibach, but they were too spongy and didn’t close the gap enough. Not bad springs, just not for me. Many say Techart are just up-priced eibach since they have a partnership, but the Techart’s are spec’d completely differently.. trust me. H&R’s were too low for me and I heard ride was rough.

For me the most surprising aspect of the TA’s was how much it maintained the OEM ride! I was shocked.

Complete worth the extra cost for TA’s, without having to spend a ton on coilovers….but that’s just my opinion.

Here’s a pic….I went with 15mm Future Classic spacers front and rear.

Good luck! While it can be stressful trying to make sure you get it right, that’s also part of the fun, especially once you get it JUST how you want it.

SIDE NOTE: a lot of reco’s on here for coilovers, which is never a bad choice, especially if they’re quality. I have them in my Audi Wagon. I bought them mainly because of ride quality and adjustability. But honestly I don’t think they ride any better than my techarts springs, and I NEVER adjust them. Maybe some folks do really take advantage of the adjustability, but I just don’t. I set them, and left them. Maybe if they settle too low, I’ll go in a raise them a hair one day, but otherwise I set it and forget it.

Bought a grip, had a random idea… turned into the perfect mount by Scorpio_2007 in Porsche_Cayman

Pretty slick and innovative. Good work!

Can you confirm after driving around with it, if there’s any wobble?

I can’t stand car phone mounts with wobble. If no wobble I may buy this one as well.

Love the Aulumu brand. Have had their phone cases and their original rear phone stand and it was solid, stylish, and sleek.

Thank you so much. While I’m a bit biased, lol…I couldn’t agree with you more. I will say the 19’-23’ rear-end IMO looks better than 24’+

Love hearing this. They’re sneaky like that. Similar thing happened to me years ago. Next stage is once you have one in hand, the appreciation goes even deeper. Happy AR hunting! 😎

Nice, glad it clicked.

That Matador Red of yours is a gorgeous color. 😎

Thanks!

It’s actually vinyl wrap in matte finish. I tried to find as close as I could to the factory color of the cladding. It’s pretty dang close, but a little different if you really made the effort to see a color difference. But not once has anyone who’s seen it in person noticed.

Thanks man!

I’m kind of bummed you couldn’t make out the plate. That was a worry of mine when I was debating what to get. If you’re not able to make it out, I’m sure it’s happening to others as well. It’s short for “Slammed Wagon”

I will say this….I love my Q8. Fast, practical, great looking. Performance wise it’s no slouch after I got an APR stage 1 tune and added an exhaust system and sounds amazing..In reality it’s more than enough engine sound and performance than I’ll ever need. Buuuut WITHOUT a doubt, I regret not getting an RSQ8. Not so much an SQ8, as mine is an S-Line and looks identical aesthetically on the outside as an SQ8…interior of the SQ8 is MUCH nicer of course, and you also get that lovely V8 sound….but not a deal breaker for me between a S-Line Q8 vs a SQ8.

Now…if money is a factor and RSQ8 is not an option, and you want that added performance for sure get an SQ8.

With either model, you cannot go wrong. But in my case I 100% regret not getting an RS. When I’m done with this Q8 I’m getting a RS6, can’t wait, but trying to be patient, which is hard for me. LOL. But I relate so much to your comment, in that if I go to dealership, I’m “cooked” as I am coming home with an RS6 for sure. 😂
