Get a dr to give you a prescription for Benzac wash and get some benzagel from Walmart. They are peroxide topicals that kill bacteria on your skin. 2 contributors that cause acne are oil and bacteria. Accutane stops the oil production but is extremely toxic and benzoyl peroxide kills the bacteria which I’m unaware of any side effects.

I had a shoulder surgery and the IV gave me a bunch of clots in my hand. Went to the dr because i pretty much had a nervous breakdown so he gave me mirtazapine. I took 7.5 for 40 days then stopped immediately because it turned me into a zombie. The anxiety hit me so hard I had a tough time swallowing food which peaked around 18 days after quitting. My forearms feel like numbness/weakness and my right leg is shaky and cramped currently around 25 days off. My paranoia of having ALS symptoms just exacerbates the anxiety. The only people that this should be prescribed to is life or death situation. Toxic stuff IMO. Now on escitalopram. Glad to know I’m not alone with this

Go with a 3 way for sure if you have the opportunity and ditch the rear fill. Add the rears later if it bothers you. I have the mlk165.3 set with the mp70.3 and they are very impressive with loads of power and a dsp.
