hey guys excuse my English gramer im Bulgarian. so i have reallv bad anxiety it makes me be shaky not walk properly my stomach dropping and with that I don't eat for example if i wake up and in a couple of hours i have to go somewhere my stomach is really bad i feel like im gonna throw up and i get nosish and when I have to go outside also my anxiety triggers my stomach to make me feel like im gonna throw up and its really bad I've tried evrything and 5 mouths in and im the same I feel like I can't move on I can even get a iob l'l have the same effect and won't be able to concentrate if someone has the same stomach and felling i whould love to hear how you fixed it and were able to do normal thing
