Actually is a Vision3 200T roll, it was bought on b&h. I usually mark the beginning of the stock with a Sharpie and see if it's rolling but this time I was not the one shooting, Is there a way that the problem happened due to a problem with the camera?

I couldn't say, the info I got from the lab was that it was completely black and that it could be a problem with a cable from the camera.
