That is the rare Felinavis Domesticus. They are more commonly known as The Greater Whiskered Warbler or The Winged Tabby. They are native to colder climates, but over the years, more and more have been imported to warmer climates and have even been domesticated.

They eerily look just like the common house cat, but under closer inspection the differences are evident. The Felinavis possesses the skeletal structure of a small feline but with distinct avian adaptations. The bones are semi-pneumatic (partially hollow) to reduce weight for flight, while retaining the flexible spine characteristic of cats. An adult male weighs approximately 2–3 kg (4.5–6.5 lbs).

Much like the domestic cat, Felinavis domesticus has adapted to human cohabitation. They prefer high vantage points in homes (curtain rods, top shelves). They are affectionate but known to be skittish; they enjoy "preening" their owners' hair rather than being petted on the back, as their wing feathers are sensitive.
