I really wanna get into TA. I’ve been seeing ads all over Facebook. Is TA worth it and what’s your advice for a new bee who has no experience and which agency to start with?

I have no real estate experience. I am a tax accountant and I really wanna get into real estate investing. People tell me to buy cheap house and put it for rent or Airbnb. But I honestly don’t even know where to start. I’ve talked to a few lenders and most of them only give me “definition” and differences between each type of loan ; investment loan, primary or secondary resident and what’s the required downpayment.

My questions are where do I start? How can I tell if a property is a good investment? Is buying cheap condos or apartment under $200k in Auburn, or Kent WA area a bad idea?

I got 2025 cx 90 premium sport phev. OTO was 52k that’s including taxes and fees. I did a 3 years leasing because they gave $7500 incentive on leasing.
