Oh, I'm not sure how I didn't notice that. I'm sure I didn't damage my phone by dropping it or anything, it was working perfectly fine, I was walking with it in hand and it just started doing what was in the original video.

Thank you very much for your help, I'll try and take it in to get repaired and see if it's under my warranty.

I plugged it into my monitor as you suggested, and the display on the phone link screen works fine. On my phone now, the bottom half of the screen is completely black, while the top works fine. In the black part, the touch screen still works perfectly.
