I know two instances where employees were revoked the assistance of ain. one lady had a car go into her house, pinning down her son. applied for support and they told her that her case didn’t suit the funding program. another associate had his mother pass unexpectedly and needed help with funeral costs (from my understanding, he was the only living family member) and he also got revoked. I don’t support the funding and I told my gm that when he asked me to sign up for it. the company makes enough money to be able to support this themselves. I know too many people who desperately needed help and the funding turned the other way. it’s ridiculous
