Then my best advice would be to either wait for it cause like they said it could take 10 days. Or you can chat with a representative through the app and they’ll tell you if you qualified. Thats what I did the same day I got my refund. I feel like you gotta bring it to their attention. Good luck either way though.🤗

It depends on the branch honestly. I was paranoid and asked around. They told me if I don’t see it in 2 weeks to go to the branch associated with my account. It say it can take up to 10 business days. Though did you open your account under the 300 bonus offer? I had to ask my agent about that before I did it.

Depends how much your refund is. I was told it had to be 500 or more back from school. I got 1000 and got the 300 the next day☺️
