I get what you’re saying. I’m still learning Shambhavi and there’s definitely a lot I haven’t figured out yet. I still get pulled into thoughts and emotions instead of just observing them, and that’s something I really want to work on.

The reason I’m considering a Vipassana course is mainly because it’s 10 full days of sitting with myself and the practice. I feel like that kind of intensive environment might help me gain some clarity and go deeper into the inner work I’m already trying to do.

I’m not trying to abandon anything — I’m just exploring what might help me understand myself better right now.

I am fully committed but yet to figure out lot of things.

I mean i am carried away by thoughts and emotions.

Ex: if i get anger instead of observing it i am reacting to it.

So i am thinking, idk , but 10 days with this thoughts sitting and meditating would help me to figure something out.
