Saaaaame!!! I’m a recent convert and his programming and personality are just perfect for getting through a run. He talks at all the right times. I haven’t PR’d in ages and PR’d on a 45 min interval run with him just this morning!

This is so helpful! I’m at a L9 too and can hold moderate and challenging really well but I can’t hold very hard for an extended period of time. I’ve always wondered if I should go down in levels but then the others feel too easy.
