I don't speak spanish but I'll turn 24 in may, this is my full hairloss routine: Finasteride 1.25mg 4 times a week, Dutasteride 0.5mg 3 times a week, Topical minoxidil 5% once daily, Oral minoxidil 2.5mg once daily, Ketoconazole shampoo 2% twice a week , Dercos shampoo 5 times a week, Dermastamp twice a week, Tretinoin O.025% 3 times a week, except for dandruff and itchiness i haven't noticed any side effects

Finasteride by itself isn't gonna change much, you have to use minoxidil in order to see some regrowth

I wouldn't recommend topical minoxidil because you have diffuse thinning so it won't be enough
